Position Summary:
The CNA provides compassionate, person-centered care while promoting residents’ dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Accurately document care provided.
- Support a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in the State of Iowa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
